At dkshave.com, all sales are subject to the terms below. By placing an order, you agree to this Return Policy.

We offer a 15-day return window from the date your order is delivered. After 15 days, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition as received. All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included. Items showing any signs of use, damage, or alteration will be rejected.

A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.

Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

A mandatory 20% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

To initiate a return, you must contact us at return@dkshave.com and receive approval before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused and not processed.

If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item. You are responsible for ensuring the item is returned safely. We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

 

Damages and Issues

You must inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

All claims must include clear photo evidence. We reserve the right to determine whether the issue qualifies for replacement or refund.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Personal care and grooming products
  • Opened or used items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom or personalized products

We reserve the right to refuse returns for any item at our discretion.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different item, you must return the original item (if eligible and approved) and place a new order separately.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus:

  • Original shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs
  • 20% restocking fee

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
